Let us go forward in this battle fortified by conviction that those who labour in the service of a great and good cause will never fail.

Our mission as a whole is in line with the UN SDGs 8 (decent work and economic growth) however, some of the SDGs are featured as well. 1. Youth’s early and focused engagement in career development and preparation for labour market. The sole purpose of PMC is to address issues hindering youth’s employment in our society that is why our first objective focuses on equipping and preparing the youths for the labour market. The labour market of today’s world is highly competitive as a result of rapid growth in technology and demands for digital and soft skills. There is a paradigm shift in the culture of work and employment from the primary to the tertiary level. The nature of work and employment is different from what it used to be in the last decades. Thus, PMC is working towards bridging the gap that stood between our youths and the knowledge, skills and qualifications required to become employable. We have both online and offline programmes to teach and train students, unemployed youths, parents and school counsellors career planning and development nationwide. This goal correspond with the UN SDGs 4 (quality education) 2. Collaborate with organizations to systemically create a more friendly recruitment policy. There are diverse institutions ranging from governmental, nongovernmental, international, national, and state to local institutions. These institutions have their own unique way of operations and recruitment. PMC is partnering with institutions for a constant review of their recruitment policy to increase chances of youths been employed for productivity, profitability purpose at workplace and staff payment sustainability. For the realization of our vision, partnership and collaboration must take place. This is the 17th goal of the UN SDGs (partnership for the goal). We believe and understand that partnership and collaboration is paramount for the achievement of our goal. It is impossible for us to do this alone. Together we can achieve more. 3. Create sufficient and sustainable job opportunities. It is clear that adjusting and amending recruitment policy is not enough to reduce unemployment that is why we are also devising new job opportunities. To achieve this goal, we will be creating jobs that do not exist before, revive jobs that were abandoned or bankrupted. These jobs will be sourced from the various sectors and levels available. We have designed rich and robust programmes to liberate youth from idleness and launch them to a system of income making. We are blessed with a substantial human and natural resources, and it is possible for us to enjoy a comfortable livelihood when fully utilized. 4. Create an environment which will enhance an economic growth and maximize the utility of our resources sustainably. A critical analysis was made regarding the achievement and sustainment of our vision which led to this goal. For our mission and vision to be accomplished, we understand that maximum use of our resources and sustainable economic growth are necessary. Therefore, we are working towards tying all the loose ends responsible for them. Every effort we are making will flourish with a prosperous economy and a sustainable consumption of our resources. This goal also correspond with the UN SDGs 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production)
